ABC Legal, the national leader in legal process service, is hiring a Remote Account Manager to nurture and grow client relationships across the U.S. In this role, you’ll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved, and their business thrives. • $20.00–$25.00 per hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Remote (U.S.-based only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Address issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
• Act as a client advocate across departments
• Identify opportunities for growth or upsell based on client goals
• Help increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
• Keep detailed records of communications, requests, and resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, support)
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years in Customer Support or Account Management
• Proven track record of boosting client satisfaction and retention
• Deep understanding of the account management lifecycle
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and agile processes
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail
• Strong team player and collaborator
