We’re fresh off a $4M CAD seed raise and looking to grow 4x in revenue within 18 months. As an Account Executive, you’ll drive both outbound and inbound sales efforts across North America, helping gyms, yoga studios, and martial arts centers thrive by streamlining their operations. This is a full-cycle sales role built for a closer with hustle, heart, and SaaS instincts.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
• Drive outbound prospecting efforts (70%) and manage inbound leads (30%)
• Deliver personalized product demos and act as a consultative partner to fitness business owners
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through strong follow-up and engagement tactics
• Meet and exceed revenue targets with a focus on high-value opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales collateral and streamline the sales process
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forecasting data
• Stay sharp on market trends to position FLiiP’s solution competitively


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS
• Proven track record of quota-crushing, especially with complex or high-ticket sales
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and lead generation tactics
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong emotional intelligence
• CRM-savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and confident with sales tools
• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, gritty
• Ability to manage multiple deals in motion with poise and professionalism
