Join Affinity’s dynamic Growth Segment team, focused on expanding our Private Capital CRM business. As an Account Executive, you’ll prospect, pitch, and close new business while nurturing relationships with existing clients. This role is a proactive pipeline opportunity—though not currently open, qualified candidates will be considered for future openings that align with our hiring needs.


Position Highlights
Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year (plus commission)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Qualify and follow up on daily inbound leads
• Deliver presentations that challenge prospects to rethink their team strategies
• Close new business to grow the company and accelerate your own career
• Drive expansion revenue from existing accounts in collaboration with Customer Success
• Manage pipeline for accuracy and exceed your quota
• Generate outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting
• Receive ongoing coaching and support from your team to level up your skills


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years of SaaS sales experience—ideally selling to VC, PE, or CVC clients
• Proven record of exceeding quotas
• Skilled in both inbound qualification and outbound execution
• Confidence running discovery, presentations, and closing deals at all levels
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and solution selling frameworks
• Technical fluency to speak to APIs, data enrichment, and reporting
• Strong CRM knowledge and use of modern sales tools
• Collaborative mindset—comfortable partnering across teams for customer success
