• Title: Account Executive I or II (based on experience)
• Compensation:
– AE I: $65,000 base + $40,000 OTE
– AE II: $75,000 base + $75,000 OTE
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Remote: Yes – U.S.-based (excluding Washington State)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects in the beauty, wellness, and self-care industries
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent prospecting and follow-up
• Conduct pricing negotiations and close new business
• Develop sales strategies based on industry trends and market intel
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward smarter solutions with Boulevard’s platform
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
• Background in selling to the self-care space—beauty, medspa, wellness, aesthetics (bonus points for medspa)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Chili Piper
• Clear, persuasive communicator—comfortable on calls and in person
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills
• Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset
• Energy and urgency—able to move prospects from indecision to action
• Self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
