If you’re a hunter with sharp instincts, a consultative sales approach, and a deep curiosity for how small businesses run, this role gives you the runway to close meaningful deals and help clients transform their operations.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Source and close new SMB and mid-market software customers
• Prospect across cold calls, email outreach, networking, and social selling
• Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand prospect needs and pain points
• Run compelling, customized demos of Urable’s business management platform
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring win-win alignment
• Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and hit monthly/quarterly targets
• Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, product, and leadership to ensure an exceptional buyer journey
• Stay sharp on competitive trends and bring market insights to internal teams


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of SaaS or software sales experience (SMB/mid-market focus preferred)
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close business
• Driven, curious, and solutions-oriented with a consultative mindset
• Stellar communication, demo, and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite
• Comfortable navigating objections and managing multiple deals at once
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel for client-facing opportunities
