📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to calls on the 2-1-1 information and resource hotline
• Conduct needs assessments and offer compassionate, accurate referrals
• Assist callers in life-threatening or emotionally disruptive crises
• Document all calls for follow-up, data tracking, and impact evaluation
• Maintain poise and professionalism during back-to-back call flow
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure support and accessibility
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• English fluency (Spanish fluency preferred for bilingual rate)
• Strong customer service and crisis communication skills
• Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Solid writing, phone, and interpersonal abilities
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Computer and tech literacy (system and database navigation)
• Must obtain Inform CRS Certification within 90 days (paid by company)
• High school diploma or equivalent
