As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMBs), ensuring retention, satisfaction, and expansion. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact for your SMB portfolio
• Drive retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities alongside Account Executives
• Analyze data via Tableau to identify trends and drive strategic decisions
• Keep Salesforce and Confluence records up to date
• Partner with marketing to run client engagement campaigns
• Lead operational improvements and resolve escalations with clarity and care
• Support larger clients as secondary liaison, ensuring a consistent experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in client success, account management, or similar—preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proactive, relationship-first communicator with strong presentation skills
• Excel whiz with working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and PowerPoint
• Confident juggling priorities, deadlines, and client needs
• Passion for improving healthcare and a growth mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare admin, or a related field
• SaaS renewal/upsell experience is a strong plus
