🧾 About the Role
Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is seeking a remote Admissions Representative to recruit qualified international students for its online and campus-based programs. This role focuses on building relationships with prospective students, conducting interviews, and guiding them from inquiry to enrollment while maintaining compliance with all accreditation standards.
Note: Applicants must have experience recruiting international students for a for-profit institution.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Reach out to inquiries via phone to schedule interviews and build rapport
• Conduct admissions interviews and determine candidate fit based on goals and program offerings
• Clearly explain educational programs, outcomes, services, and financial factors
• Guide accepted students through online orientation and track engagement
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and enrolled students
• Report enrollment forecasts to leadership regularly
• Secure new inquiries through referrals and follow-up efforts
• Collaborate with your team on initiatives and outreach strategies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience recruiting international students (for-profit education required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Comfortable working independently and managing a remote workload
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities with resilience and professionalism
• Energetic, coachable, and service-focused
• Knowledge of MS Office required; Salesforce experience preferred
• Hospitality or culinary background is a plus, but not required

• Must be available 8–5 or 9–6 EST
• Strong internet connection and remote readiness
• Ability to meet KPIs and manage CRM workflow independently
