As an Admissions Representative, you’ll be the first voice many future students hear—guiding them through the decision-making process, answering questions with empathy, and making sure they’re set up for success. This isn’t cold calling—it’s real connection with real purpose. No admissions experience needed; comprehensive training is provided.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Contact prospective students by phone, email, and messaging
• Conduct admissions interviews, help evaluate fit and motivation
• Explain UMA’s programs, tuition, scheduling, and policies
• Guide students through the enrollment journey
• Refer candidates to financial aid or other departments as needed
• Follow compliance standards and accreditation requirements
• Document all communications in internal systems
• Build genuine rapport while meeting performance metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years in education, customer service, or sales (required)
• Ability to actively listen, empathize, and build trust
• Tech savvy, with strong communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a diverse, remote environment
• Can multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly under pressure
