Symetra is hiring a Platinum Sales Support Specialist to join its Retirement Sales team. In this remote position, you’ll provide white-glove support for high-impact annuity applications, assist with case processing, and collaborate with internal wholesalers and advisors. This role offers a clear path for growth, including the opportunity to become a registered representative.
✅ Position Highlights
• Hourly pay: $22.00 – $32.95
• Full-time, remote role
• Eligible for company annual bonus

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process complex new business cases and resolve outstanding issues with advisors
• Support internal/external wholesalers by driving territory sales follow-up
• Respond to product inquiries, illustration requests, and marketing material fulfillment
• Answer incoming calls for the Sales Desk regarding product information and rates
• Assist with calling campaigns and product launch efforts
• Gain exposure to Symetra’s product suite and internal systems to position yourself for career growth
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience processing annuity applications highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Customer service experience with a passion for sales development
• Organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales-focused role
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided)
