Patient Support Associate, Virtual

Galileo is seeking a full-time Patient Support Associate to join our Virtual team. The Patient Support team is an integral part of ensuring our patients’ & care teams’ needs are met.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Be an ambassador for patients by creating authentic and memorable human connections, over the phone, by email, through texts
- Assist the patient and their care team by coordinating care — connect patient to resources, understand and clearly communicate insurance and benefits, provide technical support to our clinical team and patients, collect medical records, answer membership inquiries
- Work comfortably within multiple systems and be eager to learn new technology and procedures
- Notice even the small details and continually brainstorm solutions to improve our processes and each patient’s experience

- Our ideal candidate is an extra clear communicator, master problem solver, and has a passion for serving others
- Interested in growing in an innovative healthcare company.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Available for overnight hours, 8pm-5am EST Sunday – Wednesday (32 hours/week) OR 8pm-5am EST Tuesday – Saturday 8pm-5am EST (40 hours/week)
