Job Responsibilities
The Total Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of total rewards programs, system (Workday) administration support associated with benefit and compensation activities, preparing reports, managing invoices for vendors, monitoring system integrations, and assisting with projects (including but not limited to the annual open enrollment, merit and bonus cycles, and acquisitions).
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manages Workday tasks and action items associated with benefit and compensation activities; Including enrollments, terminations of coverage, data issues, plan assignments, pay changes, interim role stipends, etc. Ensures employees are well informed of deadlines, premiums, and insurance requirements. Maintains, approves, audits, researches, and resolves errors with employee benefit records and transactions in Workday and other systems. Ensures updates are processed within established timeframes and flows to providers accurately.
- Prepares reports and monthly invoicing for vendors, HR and the business as scheduled or on an ad-hoc basis.
- Performs various audits on benefits data in Workday and with carriers.
- Manages processes related to Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance Initial Measurement Period, Standard Measurement Period, Transitions from Benefits Eligible to Ineligible, and associated premium invoicing.
- Assists with Open Enrollment, Merit, Incentive plan cycles and Acquisition activities, or other assigned projects as needed.
- Manages ongoing required reporting and compliance related activities
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service related competencies.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various deliverables.
- Strong oral and written communications abilities.
- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Able to use all related hardware and software.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
