About The Role
We are looking for someone to help us achieve our mission of increasing access to mental healthcare, particularly for BCBS, Medicare Advantage, and Children’s Health Insurance Program populations. This role will implement our provider enrollment process for multiple payers and programs. The provider enrollment specialist will own the enrollment process end-to-end including collection, execution, issue resolution, and tracking. This role will have an outsized impact on the growth of the company and the accessibility of affordable mental healthcare to underserved populations.
You will:
- Build and maintain the payer enrollment application submission process
- Organize headcount to meet volume demands
- Troubleshoot and iterate on processes
- Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders to problem-solve
- All with a focus on accuracy and efficiency!
You will love this role if…
- You have at least 2 years previous knowledge or experience with health care provider/physician credentialing, billing, and medical reimbursement
- You have PECOS, CAQH, and previous online enrollment experience
- You have experience managing and driving projects forward independently. You’re process driven, extremely detail oriented and highly organized.
- You’re highly adaptable. You can quickly change direction to execute different functions and responsibilities with ease.
