Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions and concerns
- Calmly de-escalate issues and provide timely solutions
- Escalate interactions when appropriate
- Process payments and assist with billing questions
- Track call details accurately for auditing and reporting
- Provide constructive feedback on call issues
- Upsell services when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable using desktop systems and Windows-based software
- Customer service or sales background preferred
- College degree a plus
