Job Summary
This position is responsible for the overall function and success of new client data conversion and integration. Analyze and extract multiple data elements from a varying of different data sources provided by our client for accurate integration into Paycor’s systems. Work independently, with peers and internal teams to analyze, design, enhance, recommend and develop timely data integration solutions. Offer support to the Implementation Shared Services Team through continuous training and procedure documentation regarding conversion topics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for Client Data Integration into Paycor systems, including:
Conversion and import/integration of employee data
Consolidation and manipulation of extracted data from various systems and reports
Assist in the Renumber process or data integration process between one Paycor client and another
Troubleshooting of Set-up issues as needed: Manage data validation, issue identification and issue resolution
Identify and problem solve towards identifying best means for importing data based on an ever-changing set of circumstances and system capabilities.
Case work to add/update additional data received from the client after the initial import
2nd drop imports of client data prior to product go live under expedited timelines.
Maintain positive relationships with peers within Shared Services as well as associates on Front End teams.
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Continue to improve system knowledge through collaboration with peers and other internal teams
Work with managers to continually improve support process, including regular meetings to solicit feedback and assess performance
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Advise management of product development issues arising from problems identified through data integration and conversion efforts
Maintain a working environment that is energized and consistently demonstrates the Paycor service commitment
Assist with overflow volume from Data Consultant team to support client-facing Data Exploration Call volume, as needed.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School graduate or equivalent required; post high school education preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel proficiency required
Proactive, quick learner, willing to take ownership of assignments and see through to successful completion
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with multiple data elements extracted from multiple data source
Possess strong organization and time management skills, must be able to prioritize tasks based on delivery dates, other milestones and perform well under deadline pressures
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
High technical aptitude; ability to adapt to frequent system and tool updates
Demonstrated drive to learn new skills, enhance and implement process efficiencies for the betterment of the client, team and Paycor.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage projects and self-motivated
Demonstrate initiative and responsible behavior
Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Must be available to work overtime during peak season volume
Preferred two years of experience in a similar position

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual’s relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $16.05-25.70/hour. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
