We are currently seeking a Facets Claims Examiner – Remote to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
The Claims Examiner is responsible for accurate and timely adjudication of claims for the Health Plans lines of business. Primary duties include analysis and resolution of claims, including coding principles, benefits, pricing, and potential third-party liability.
Responsibilities:
- Process claims by following the policies and procedures as defined by the customer.
- Take up additional trainings/ new assignments or projects that may come up as per client needs.
- Meet/ exceed required performance measures such as quality and productivity standards
- Meet/ exceed process SLAs
- Confirm to the required regulatory and compliance requirements such as the HIPAA.
- Confirm to the organizational and client training requirements
- Understand how work impacts results for their area as well as other processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develops relationships to facilitate workflow.
- Knowledge of related regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience processing medical claims (full cycle- Pay, Pend, Deny)
- 2+ years of claims processing experience in Facets
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $16.00-$16.75 hourly range. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
