Reporting directly into our Director, Business Development, our Enablement Specialist is responsible for identifying what attributes, processes, and communication strategies will increase our ability to win and retain business, and deliver the best experience for our customers and partners. They will be accountable for codifying known processes and procedures and develop a program, content and training strategy to increase the average performance of a given role. The Enablement Specialist will partner with a variety of teams including marketing, sales, and support teams, and is responsible for external and internal communications. Pie is an incredibly collaborative team with constant communication where you will work with various stakeholders and team members.
How You’ll Do It
Business Strategy
- Identify the attributes, processes, and communication tactics that make top performers unique
- Develop and implement A/B tests to validate identified assumptions and confirm best process to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes
- Drive efficiencies into processes, to help protect the time of people in selling or customer support roles to bring balance to improvement efforts and day-to-day production activity
- Track, measure and modify enablement changes for the business based on data driven decisions
- Provide resources, information and ideas to improve the productivity of our sales and customer support teams
Learning and Development
- Identify best practices, package into a learning strategy, and deploy across a user group
- Develop content to train on a performance program, process, or system and adapt them to the training medium (self-service vs. instructor lead)
- Perform instructor lead training as-needed
- Create SOPs and training videos for knowledge-base resources like Confluence
- Partner with leaders to develop streamlined training to on-board new hires in the most efficient manner possible
Support Growth in Sales Productivity and Performance
- Manage onboarding for internal team members, provide training materials/sessions to enable sales reps to engage and sell effectively with their partners
- Own the communication strategy and content within our cadencing tools such as Salesloft, Groove and Outreach, and inform/align sales with product launch and marketing efforts
- Communicating information to stakeholders across the organization so they understand and can take the appropriate action is critical to the success within this role as we look to achieve superior collaboration from and with the business
- Increase the consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team, improving the overall sales process
- Using expertise and knowledge to identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline, find ways to reduce sales cycle times or improve conversion rates
The Right Stuff
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s or Graduate degree preferred
- 5 years of experience enablement or training experience
- 5 years of experience working with Salesforce is preferred
- 3 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate critical thinking skills with a growth mindset in order to problem solve
- Self-driven work style and consistent exercise of independent judgment in matters of significance
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Demonstrated success with training adult learning and knowledge management
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and able to distill complex processes and procedures into their simplest form
- Assess circumstance and identify root cause problems. This will require attention to detail, and leveraging tools and data to inform
- Ability to assist internal team members understand the most critical information efficiently and effectively, while navigating complex subject matter
Base Compensation Range
$100,000 – $125,000 USD

Location Information
Unless otherwise specified, this role has the option to be hybrid or remote. Hybrid work locations provide team members with the flexibility of working partially from our Denver office and from home. Remote team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
