What we need
The Embedded Support Agent 2 is responsible for providing support to the Embedded Services team.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do…
- Contact RMOs through email
- Matching / Grouping, Introductory Chart not available Research
- Perform basic online research, move providers, establish new ORGs, Resolver SH Codes, Correct use of ROI tables, Exception Sheets, and SOP.
- Resolve tickets on Land Desk
- Request copies of medical records
- Set retrieval method by CIOX, CIOX Remote, CIOX Partner, and CIOX Onsite
- Complying with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) ensuring the right to privacy for patient’s records
- Log all transactions into the designated computer software system;
- Meet minimum quality requirements for the position
- Maintain accurate record keeping and data management
- Maintain an excel spreadsheet of daily work as directed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What You Need…
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong research and inventory management skills
- Telephone skills including the ability to speak clearly with a pleasant and professional tone.
- Must be detail oriented and possess good organization skills
- Able to interpret and communicate information accurately
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Possess good judgment, patience and diplomacy
- Basic computer skills including Windows based applications (Excel and Outlook) and the ability to perform other basic computer functions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced workflow
- Ability to follow a call script
