Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and control accurate source documents (eSource and paper) following GCP Guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and Care Access SOPs
- Build eSource templates from protocol documents, CRFs, sponsor worksheets, and manuals to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Design and revise paper source templates and supplemental worksheets for trial visits and assessments
- Review draft source to confirm all required data can be captured appropriately
- Coordinate source reviews, updates, and version control across trials
- Implement updates following protocol amendments and maintain archives for each study
- Manage daily communication with site staff and internal departments to support operational compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Clinical Research Coordinator experience with diverse and complex trials strongly preferred
- Skilled in eSource build and design (e.g., CRIO, Clinical Conductor) and paper template creation
- Proficient in Excel with ability to create and format source documents
- Strong IT skills, including Word, email, and digital document systems
- Ability to interpret protocols and design compliant, accurate source documents
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills for a remote team environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new tools
