Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- One evening shift until 9pm per week
- One Saturday shift (8am–4pm) every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Verify customer loan information (identity, employment, address, project completion, etc.) through inbound and outbound calls
- Identify and escalate unusual or risk-related issues using critical thinking and active listening
- Accurately update records in operating systems and document verification notes per company standards
- Handle customer and dealer calls on disputes related to terms, documents, or loan processing
- Review processing status and route calls appropriately while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong computer and typing skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email)
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence
- Attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under deadlines
