Responsibilities
Inbound/outbound calls from members, pharmacists, and various internal departments
Reviewing medication inquiries and contacting healthcare providers for follow-up information
Reviewing provider documentation and accurately interpreting and entering data into the database
Basic Qualifications
Recent experience as a Health Plan Member Service Representative or Medical Billing Specialist in a call center environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent Data Entry skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent schedule adherence – ability to work the hours you are scheduled
Effective time management skills
Collaborative, disciplined, sincere and bring accountability to their work
Diligent, analytical, and cautious with risk
Team Motivator while remaining responsive to customer needs and concerns
