The Position
The Customer Experience Associate position in the Machinio System team at Machinio is critical to the growth of the company, and one of our fastest growing products. If you have an interest in account management, are extremely detail oriented, attentive, impeccable with grammar/visuals, able to learn systems and functionalities FAST, able to keep up with deadlines, obsessed with process and improvements, and providing customers with a great experience, this role is a great opportunity for you. It offers long-term growth within an early-stage team!
Our Company
We’re a fast-paced former startup innovating an old-school $400 BILLION dollar industry, with teams in North America, Europe and Asia. We’ve been running for almost 10 years with our advertising product, and have been scaling our software product for the last 4 years. Machinio System is growing rapidly, and we need a proactive, organized and critical thinker to help us provide a great experience to our existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Managing our software product’s existing client support inbox, and being a dedicated point of contact to them.
- Communicating via email, phone calls and screen share meetings to help clients with usage of our product.
- Collaborating with our Operations team and our tech team to help clients and solve problems!
- Retaining clients and collecting payments.
- Helping continuously improve processes, and our existing clients’ experience.
- Being proactive in learning skills you may not have, so that you can grow your abilities within the role.

Compensation
- Compensation starting at 60,000/year, commensurate with experience.
