• Identify and prioritize customer needs with empathy and efficiency
• Resolve concerns and educate callers on program benefits
• Accurately document communications using internal systems
• Follow standard protocols while adapting to each unique interaction
• Meet performance goals related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution and follow-up
🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have
• High school diploma (required)
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Comfortable using web-based tools and navigating software
• Team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
