USAble Life is hiring a mission-driven Call Center Customer Service Professional to support customers at their most vulnerable moments. This is not your typical call center job—our clients are dealing with sensitive insurance concerns, and we need someone who brings empathy, grace, and clarity to every interaction. ✅ Position Highlights

$40,000–$45,000 base salary
Full-time (Remote)
Set weekday hours (no weekends or holidays)
Paid 6-week training, annual performance bonus ($2,700)

📋 What You’ll Own

• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to life, disability, and supplemental insurance
• Resolve complex claims and coverage issues with compassion and accuracy
• Educate customers on policy details, billing, and claim statuses
• Log all customer interactions in Salesforce for accurate recordkeeping
• Communicate professionally via phone and email
• Maintain perfect attendance during training and meet productivity expectations


🎯 Must-Have Traits

• 3+ years in a professional, customer-facing role
• Experience in a high-volume call center
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s a plus)
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Strong critical thinking, empathy, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Proven career stability—reliability is a must
• Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) or insurance background


💻 Remote Requirements

• Reliable internet and distraction-free home setup
• Ability to work set shifts between 8:00–5:00 CST
• Must be able to attend all 6 weeks of remote training without absence
