Garner Health is hiring a Member Support Supervisor to lead and mentor a high-performing team on our Concierge Team. You’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality member experiences through chat, phone, and email—helping people navigate complex healthcare decisions. ✅ Position Highlights
• $65,000–$80,000 base salary
• Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
• Regular weekday schedule with availability between 8 AM–10 PM ET

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 8–12 Concierge Associates
• Run 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Oversee ticket quality and track team KPIs
• Handle high-level escalations and support complex member needs
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training
• Manage scheduling to align with business needs
• Identify and implement service improvements using member feedback

• 4+ years in customer support or operations, with team leadership experience
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Calm under pressure, creative problem-solver
• Data-driven mindset with process improvement skills
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
