Join Modivcare’s Care Center team and be the comforting voice people need during urgent moments. As a Care Center Representative, you’ll handle incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, helping members across the country with empathy and precision. This is more than a job—it’s a lifeline.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume emergency and non-emergency calls
- Follow protocols to prioritize and dispatch responses
- Provide compassionate support via scripted and non-scripted responses
- Record detailed call logs and client updates in real time
- Troubleshoot and escalate device alarms or service issues
- Encourage members to consider preventive care options
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
- Multitask across multiple systems while remaining focused
🙌 Who You Are
- Compassionate communicator with great active listening skills
- Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate stressful situations
- Tech-comfortable—can talk and type (35+ WPM), navigate CRMs, toggle screens
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: 0–1 year in customer service (contact center or healthcare a plus)
- Able to work weekends, overtime, and a flexible schedule when needed
- Must have minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up
