Modivcare is hiring a Remote Device Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and customer service for our clients. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with device troubleshooting, respond to support inquiries, and help ensure our clients feel confident using their technology. You’ll work across phone, email, and helpdesk platforms to keep operations running smoothly and patients cared for.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Handle moderate volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to emails, tickets, and maintenance alerts
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with medical devices
- Accurately document calls, messages, and dispatches
- Educate customers and clients on device use and functionality
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Support project-based work and assist on special tasks
- Learn call metrics, SLAs, and team protocols over time
🧠Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Entry-level experience welcomed (training provided)
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
- Familiarity with basic tech/device troubleshooting
- Comfortable learning new systems and asking for support
- Able to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Team-oriented and open to feedback
