Modivcare is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Equipment Recovery Coordinator to support our client engagement team. You’ll play a vital role in contacting clients to recover rental medical equipment, answering inbound inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates effectively, and wants to make a real impact by helping people stay connected to the care they need.
📞 What You’ll Do
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to coordinate equipment returns
- Respond to inbound client questions and resolve service concerns
- Document all interactions and update customer records accordingly
- Track trends and flag recurring issues for process improvement
- Assist with client retention efforts, offering alternate solutions or transitions to private pay
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity with all customer information
- Support other team projects and administrative tasks as needed
đź’ˇ Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving ability
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Comfortable with outbound and inbound calling
- Able to work occasional overtime if needed
