👩🏽💻 The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Support Specialist I to join our Customer Support team. You’ll be the first line of contact for customers and vendors, handling inquiries with urgency, clarity, and care. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in helping others, this role is for you.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Respond to a high volume of calls, emails, and chats from customers and vendors
- Troubleshoot product and order issues, escalating when needed
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic customer communication
- Manage expectations around resolution timelines and follow-up
- Log all customer interactions and resolution steps with detail
- Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, and Product teams
- Share insights to help improve customer support tools and workflows

- 1+ years in a customer support role (SaaS, e-commerce, or startup preferred)
