💼 Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain healthy cash flow across the organization. In this contract role, you’ll focus on tracking and resolving delinquent accounts, applying daily payments, and supporting credit and collections to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in our finance team, helping ensure accuracy, transparency, and strong client relationships—all from the comfort of your remote workspace.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and collect on delinquent accounts weekly
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes or account discrepancies
- Apply daily cash receipts accurately
- Process and track credits, returns, and receivable aging
- Recommend and escalate accounts for collections or legal review when necessary
- Support special accounting projects as assigned
✅ Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting-related roles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with mid-tier accounting software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

- B2B financial experience
- Knowledge of credit and collections processes

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $32,800–$55,900 (based on skills, experience, and location)
