đź§  The Role

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the trusted liaison between Advarra and key pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, and academic medical centers. You’ll help streamline IRB review processes, translate determinations, and ensure a seamless client experience. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of compliance, clinical research, and client support.


🔍 Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on assigned studies
  • Manage daily communications and workflows for high-value accounts
  • Review and interpret clinical protocols, informed consent forms, and submission materials
  • Handle site and protocol submissions with precision
  • Document client customizations and change requests
  • Coordinate with translation vendors and external partners
  • Ensure all work meets accuracy and timeliness standards
  • Collaborate with QA to uphold regulatory compliance
  • Escalate issues to management as needed
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement
  • Participate in workshops, conferences, and team development

âś… Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4+ years of relevant experience)
  • 4 years in IRB, clinical research, or human subject protection
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Outlook)
  • Strong client communication and service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret scientific and medical documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

Preferred:

  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP), or eligible within 1 year
  • Understanding of FDA, DHHS, and federal research regulations
  • Comfortable with proprietary systems and adapting to new tech
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
