📋 What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our members, you’ll play a vital role in helping people understand and access their healthcare benefits with clarity and compassion.
- Provide support via phone, chat, and email
- Guide members toward high-quality, low-cost healthcare options
- Educate members on their Garner Health benefits
- Handle complex, sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
- Escalate feedback to drive service improvements
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PT
- Location: 100% Remote, U.S. only
🧠What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Experience with healthcare or insurance strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and confident with nuanced info
- Tech-savvy (Zendesk or similar CRM a plus)
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for improving healthcare access and equity
