As a Remote Device Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly tech voice on the line helping clients troubleshoot their devices and stay connected to critical services. • $15/hr starting pay
• Full-time, remote (must reside in the U.S.)
• Paid training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST (first 4 weeks)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound/outbound calls, emails, and help desk tickets
• Help clients understand and troubleshoot basic tech issues
• Document service requests accurately
• Guide users through device features and functions
• Work collaboratively with the team to solve issues
• Follow protocols and service metrics with support from mentors

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
