Whatnot is the fastest-growing livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe—where collectibles meet community. As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll help users resolve issues quickly, learn the platform inside-out, and turn problems into “wow” moments.
This is a remote position, but you must live within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ. You’ll work overnight shifts, supporting a growing customer base through email and chat—helping ensure that every buyer and seller has a stellar experience.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Support customers with order, payment, and shipping issues
- Resolve email/chat tickets with care, speed, and a customer-first mindset
- Become an expert in Whatnot systems, workflows, and user journeys
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex cases
- Proactively identify repeat contact drivers and help improve CX processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email/chat preferred)
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (8 PM–5 AM PST) and weekends
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and process-improvement mindset
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Kustomer, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with e-commerce or online marketplaces
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
- Previous startup experience or BA degree preferred
