DXC Technology is seeking a Customer Support Representative with financial, insurance, or investment service experience. You’ll provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards, including FINRA. This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals with strong customer service skills and up-to-date regulatory certification.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls related to financial products, services, and accounts
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-through
- Distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail per SLAs
- Conduct data entry and perform document reconciliation
- Support escalation processes and quality assurance reviews (including for variable investment transactions)
- Help mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous process improvement
✅ What You Bring
- Required:
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or investments
- Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status, in good standing)
- Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools, fax, and call systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (certification is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and interpret instructions accurately
