About the Role
Omni Interactions is looking for bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service professionals to provide support for a variety of clients—including top brands across healthcare, finance, retail, and tech. As an independent contractor, you’ll handle inbound calls (and possibly chats/emails), delivering empathetic and accurate support from your own home.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, account issues, product inquiries, or service concerns
- Maintain a calm, professional tone while resolving issues efficiently
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines while using discretion for personalized support
- Work across a variety of clients and industries based on business need
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, empathetic communicator with a sharp problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly navigate software and systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable—able to work independently
💻 Tech & Workspace Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 PC with 8GB RAM minimum (some clients accept Apple OS)
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- High-speed wired internet (at least 10 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up)
- Mobile and satellite internet not accepted
- Antivirus software and smartphone/tablet for login authentication
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
🕒 Schedule & Pay
- $17–$20/hour, depending on client and performance
- Flexible weekday hours, with most opportunities during standard daytime shifts
- Additional performance-based incentives may be available
- You set your own schedule within client hours of operation
