As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be at the heart of that mission: solving problems, guiding users, and making every interaction feel effortless and human.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-tier support to buyers and sellers through email and chat
- Investigate and resolve issues with orders, payments, shipments, and accounts
- Become a product expert—using your knowledge to drive fast, effective resolutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues
- Champion the customer in every interaction
👀 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of support experience in email and/or chat (Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom preferred)
- Weekend availability is required
- Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace platforms
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive problem solver
- Able to work well independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Based in or near Phoenix, AZ (remote, but proximity to hub is required)
- Bonus: Interest in collectibles, marketplace trends, or startup experience
