PaceMate™, a Top 100 Healthcare Technology Company, is seeking a compassionate, tech-savvy Patient Communication Specialist to support our growing network of patients and providers. In this remote, full-time role, you’ll be the friendly voice that bridges life-saving cardiac technology with human connection—ensuring patients with implanted devices stay monitored, supported, and heard.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Patient-Facing Communication

Call and assist patients using implanted cardiac device remote monitors
Follow up with patients to ensure timely data transmissions
Monitor internal systems for disconnections or overdue readings
Display empathy while delivering excellent patient service

Clinic & Compliance Support

Adhere to CMS guidelines and PaceMate™ protocols for remote scheduling
Collaborate with clinic partners via digital communication tools
Record and track call data, scheduling details, and follow-ups

Team Coordination

Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot patient issues
Share feedback to improve systems and processes
Support leadership with ad hoc projects
Work independently while staying aligned with a collaborative remote team

✔️ What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED (degree or healthcare certs preferred)
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and tech-savviness
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Basic cardiology knowledge (experience with cardiac devices a plus)
Reliable internet and quiet, dedicated workspace

🕘 Schedule Requirements
