Advarra is transforming the future of clinical trials. As our new Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract), you’ll play a crucial role in managing payments and collections, helping ensure the financial health of a company that’s helping advance human health globally.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Monitor and collect on delinquent accounts weekly
- Investigate and resolve disputed balances
- Apply daily cash receipts and maintain payment accuracy
- Track credits and returns to ensure valid receivables
- Recommend delinquent write-offs and escalate to legal when needed
- Complete ad-hoc financial projects as assigned
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable operations
✅ You Bring
Required:
- Associate’s degree
- Experience in AR, accounting, or a related finance role
- Working knowledge of mid-tier accounting software
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Accounting certification or degree
- Prior B2B receivables experience
- Familiarity with credit, collections, and receivables aging reports
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
