As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping the financial engine running so science can move forward.
🧾 What You’ll Do
- Manage and collect on delinquent accounts
- Research and resolve disputed balances
- Monitor aging reports and apply daily cash receipts
- Recommend accounts for legal or external collections if needed
- Process credits, returns, and ensure receivables accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments and complete special projects as assigned
✅ What You Bring
Required:
- Associate’s degree
- Experience in AR, accounting, or finance roles
- Familiarity with mid-tier accounting systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred:
- Degree or certification in Accounting
- B2B collections or finance experience
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of credit and collections best practices
