We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our member-facing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll guide members through their healthcare benefits with empathy, clarity, and care. You’ll help people access high-quality doctors while reducing costs—and play a key part in improving lives.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat
- Guide members through their healthcare benefits and how Garner works
- Help members find top-rated care at the lowest cost
- De-escalate sensitive or emotional calls with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Document interactions and flag trends or feedback
- Maintain HIPAA and data security compliance
✅ You’re a Fit If You Have
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- (Bonus) Healthcare or benefits experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort with tools like Zendesk or other support platforms
- A curious, proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and rewarded
- Based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work
