📋 What You’ll Do
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Transfer customers to licensed advisors with accuracy and professionalism
• Prepare clients for appointments with a clear, calm approach
• Follow compliance scripts and document customer interactions
• Support various outreach campaigns (appointment reminders, plan changes, etc.)
• Educate customers on eHealth services and Medicare enrollment
• Hit monthly performance benchmarks
✅ What You’ll Need
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (call center a plus)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented and eager to grow
• Comfortable working from home and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and web tools
• Availability to work 6 AM–6 PM PST, including weekends and holidays
• Must be available for overtime during Annual Enrollment (Oct 15–Dec 7)
