This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance claims experience who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment. You’ll handle the initial intake and documentation for group insurance claims, support administrative processes, and ensure claim accuracy from day one.

• Review and verify claim documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with claimants and providers to collect missing or supplemental info
• Enter and update data in the claims management system
• Validate documentation against policy requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative support
• Track performance metrics and support internal QA efforts
🎯 You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:
• Group insurance claims experience (Disability, Life, or Voluntary Benefits)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with insurance processes and medical terminology (ICD-10/CPT codes helpful)
• Proficiency with MS Office and claims management tools
• High level of discretion with sensitive information

• Base Salary: $41,000 – $55,115
