🧾 About the Role
Ophelia is on a mission to make evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD) accessible to everyone—with empathy, dignity, and speed. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients seeking care. You’ll guide them through their initial steps, reduce barriers to treatment, and play a vital role in connecting people to life-changing help.


Position Highlights
• $45,000–$48,000 annually
• Full-time | 40 hours/week
• Fully remote (U.S. based) – 9am ET start required
• One weekend day required in schedule

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients
• Conduct empathetic outreach—including cold calls and follow-ups
• Re-engage patients who’ve fallen out of communication
• Help guide patients into treatment using a trauma-informed approach
• Track and analyze enrollment data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with a remote-first team to improve processes


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a client-, patient-, or customer-facing role
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls (including cold calls)
• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple platforms
• Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments
• Adaptable, empathetic, and data-minded

• Tech-literate and comfortable navigating digital tools
• Availability to begin work each day at 9:00 AM ET
