• 100% Remote (Must reside in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support healthcare customers via phone with product/service issues
• Document interactions accurately
• Update account and system data as needed
• Offer additional services where appropriate
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Customer service experience a plus
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must live in a supported state listed above
• Private home workspace
• Wired broadband internet (DSL or cable) with 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up minimum
• Ability to use company-provided equipment (may include webcam)
