🧾 The Role
Join UnitedHealth Group’s SafeTrip team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, helping travelers across the U.S. navigate their insurance coverage—all from your remote setup. If you’re fluent in Spanish and English, passionate about helping others, and comfortable converting conversations into policy purchases, this job’s for you.


💼 What You’ll Do
• Take incoming calls from customers asking about SafeTrip travel insurance
• Explain policies, coverages, exclusions, and next steps in plain language
• Convert inquiries into policy sales
• Manage up to 80 calls daily
• Monitor and respond to multiple email inboxes
• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain enrollment records
• Work closely with brokers and client managers to support group enrollments


📋 You’ll Succeed If You Have
• 3+ years of customer service or consumer sales experience
• 2+ years in an office environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• A current P&C or Life/Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong multitasking skills (calls, databases, emails)
• A quiet, private home office with reliable high-speed internet
