As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll help organizations fully adopt Motion’s platform, maximizing their workflow potential and shaping how modern teams work. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor guiding customers through onboarding, training, and long-term growth—ensuring Motion becomes a critical part of their daily operations.


Position Highlights
• Compensation: $90,000–$145,000 base salary
• Equity: Included in compensation package

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead onboarding, product training, and long-term adoption strategies for Motion customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Build deep customer relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and advocacy
• Conduct regular business reviews and success check-ins
• Relay actionable customer feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams
• Proactively manage escalations and mitigate churn risks
• Deliver coaching sessions and tailored success plans for customer teams
• Contribute to the evolution of Motion’s Customer Success function and processes


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–5 years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS company
• Proven ability to manage onboarding, product adoption, and retention at scale
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills—especially at the executive level
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Front, or similar platforms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
• High energy, proactive approach, and a willingness to operate in a fast, high-growth environment
• Passion for tech, productivity tools, and transforming how people work
