• Salary (Greater NYC area – NY, NJ, CT): $39,208 – $52,000 annually
• Salary (Other approved U.S. locations): $34,091 – $49,920 annually

📋 What You’ll Own
• Create cases and manage authorizations for member services
• Provide phone and email outreach to members, providers, and community partners
• Handle incoming calls, care plan faxes, and service requests
• Support care managers with non-clinical coordination tasks
• Update member records in accordance with compliance and documentation standards
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and support screening for quality improvements
• Manage high volumes of tasks from multiple digital queues
• Meet and exceed productivity, quality, and service standards


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in customer service
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
