Enlyte is hiring a Senior Complex Bill Reviewer to join their fully remote team, supporting retrospective reviews for Workers Compensation claims. In this role, you’ll apply clinical expertise and medical coding knowledge to ensure billing accuracy and compliance. • Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on location, skills, and experience

• Schedule: Remote; must be able to work an Eastern or Central Time Zone schedule

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review complex medical bills, claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate coding and billing to ensure proper reimbursement according to company and state guidelines
• Identify unsupported or incorrect billing practices and recommend appropriate payment adjustments
• Audit provider, hospital, and specialty claims with independent clinical judgment
• Recommend reductions or corrections to improve cost management outcomes
• Meet production and quality performance goals related to payment, procedural, and financial accuracy
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for team members
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license in good standing
• Strong working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
• 3–5 years of clinical experience (especially in OR, ER, and specialized care)
• Experience in workers’ compensation, case management, or medical claims review preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and bill review platforms (Smart Advisor Plus a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Strong critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reviews efficiently
