📋 What You’ll Own
• Set up billing parameters based on client contracts
• Generate accurate invoices and review for discrepancies
• Apply credit memos and track A/R aging
• Respond to client billing inquiries
• Support audit requests and collaborate with Collection Specialists
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• ERP experience preferred (Sage Intacct ideal)
• Billing or retirement industry experience a plus
